- About
Library & IT Service Desk
The Library and IT Service Desk provides first level advice and support to students and staff on both Library and IT services. The Service Desk is located on the ground floor of the Library (building 12 on map). The service desk is open Monday-Saturday during term; please see our opening hours page for more information.

Campus Account
Your Campus Account provides access, using a single user ID and password to use campus IT services.

Book Loans
Learn about borrowing, renewing, returns and paying any library fines.

Multi-Function Printers
The print service allows users to print, copy and scan documents using the Multi-Function Printers (MFP) located around campus.

Outlook is the preferred email client used to access Microsoft Exchange server email. Outlook also includes contact, calendaring and task management functionality.

Software
There are a suite of Microsoft apps available to students and staff. For all other software availability see the A-Z.
