HEAnet have updated us that Edugate/IdP services are fully restored, and all affected clients should see services back online.

We have been informed by Information Solutions and Services that there is currently an issue with the University IdP services due to an incident in HEAnet. IdP services are responsible for authentication and logging in and accessing electronic resources and services provided by the Library. Users may see issues authenticating using Edugate at this time. The HEAnet Systems Team is investigating and working on restoring services, and we will provide updates as soon as we have more information.

Lexis & Nexis Unavailable
We are aware that Lexis Nexis is currently unavailable due to a "Login Service Security Error", we have contacted both the University of Galway Information Solutions and Services team as well as Lexis Nexis. We will update this entry as soon as more information is available.
