Library Communications Plan
In a noisy world that is clamouring for your attention we want to ensure you, our stakeholders, can hear us. We have therefore created a Communications Plan to help us do this to best effect.
This plan gives a structure to our efforts. It makes us systematic as we develop and review the material, methods and content we use to communicate with you. It helps us be consistent with the University’s strategic goals. It also helps us measure just how effective we are at communicating.
This plan does not replace one-on-one contacts between Library staff and you. In fact, building informal working relationships assists communication and we seek to encourage that.
