Ultimaker 2 Ex
RepRapPro Mendel 3
We only offer PLA (Polylactic acid) based filament as they are biodegradable and odourless. Our colours include White, Black, Transparent, Silver and Orange. Generally we use whatever colour is in the printer at the time but you can request a specific coulour but it's not guaranteed that we can deliver your print in the colour.
3D Printing FAQThe following are the most frequently asked questions about our 3D printing service. Hopefully you can find the answer you need here.
The answer is it depends.
- How many jobs are in the queue before yours
- The size and complexity of your job
- Whether your job is part of your classwork or not as classwork is given priority
- Whether the printers are working properly or not
- We may have to print your job more than once to get a satisfactory result
If you ask when submitting your job we can give you a better idea but keep in mind it could take from a couple of days to a couple of weeks.
We use black, white, grey, transparent and orange filaments in our 3D printers. Unfortunatley though we may not be able to accomodate your request for a particular colour for a variety of reason.
If you do submit multiple items then we will do our best to print them all in the same colour.
